Help a kid climb a rock

New Horizons Foundation is a highly active organization with constantly changing equipment needs. Our Viata Camp runs for nine weeks every summer, and can wear-out gear very quickly. Viata, along with regular rock-climbing outings for our IMPACT clubs, creates a need for equipment that our funds can not always cover. In order to continue providing adventure-based education and team-building activities to the youth of Romania, we rely on donations. Any type of equipment donation is welcome. Even if the gear is adult-sized it can be used by paying corporate team-building groups, which indirectly benefits the kids. A brief list of the gear we are looking for:
- Static climbing ropes;
- Dynamic climbing ropes;
- Harnesses;
- Belay devices;
- Bolts/ hangers;
- Pear-style carabiners (belay 'biners);
- Crampons (strap-on bindings preferred);
- Ice axes (mountaineering axes, piolet);
- Technical ice tools;
- Rain jackets/ ponchos;
- Tents.
